Destroying the Country to Save It

During the Vietnam War – which Vietnamese natives then called the American War – one curious event involved a general arriving at a burning village. Civilian casualties reddened the ground as the screams of grieving survivors rent the smoky air. Asked by his commanding officer what happened, the young captain in charge answered, "We had to destroy the village in order to save it, Sir."

BLM, Antifa must destroy our country to save it?

And so must BLM and Antifa, the democrat party muscle, destroy our country in order to save it? [Now, I'm well aware that more moderate democrats would like to distance the party from these violent actions (650 destructive riots are directly attributed to BLM, and we've all seen random white people abused by BLM actors on live video feeds simply because they were white, all of which completely implodes BLM's "social justice" anti-racism" pretense), but the DNC trumpeted the BLM movement at its convention, and democrat-run cities were burned and looted for days and even MONTHS, so that law-abiding citizens had to hide in their homes while democrat mayors and governors not only did nothing to stop the violence and lawlessness, but blamed President Trump for it all. That non-sensical failure to act, and instead to finger point to Trump as some omniscient villain in control of that violence will never cease to puzzle any disinterested observer of our country's history, say 20 or 30 or 100 years from now, if the Republic still stands and some dispassionate analysis of history is still possible.]

Demonizing the "Other" Demoralizes ALL

Recent history has shown that one party’s demonizing and dehumanizing the other as a main pillar of its platform not only cripples and demoralizes the country they share, but also threatens any chance at civil co-existence.

Knee-jerk Vitriol won't "disappear" Election Anomalies

Regardless of one’s politics, the election anomalies in Pennsylvania alone are impossible to paper over with the same dismissive vitriol that most mainstream news outlets and so many social media warriors have used to attack President Donald Trump and his followers for the last four years.

Orwell's Two-Minutes of Hate for Four Years

The democrat party’s defaulting to George Orwell’s 2-minutes of hate is a non-starter for any healthy and lasting change in our country attacked from inside by deep state actors controlled by globalists and from the outside by a foreign virus.

Our country’s problems are real and glaring, and they won’t be solved by more hatred for the perceived “other” (in the Jungian sense) – whether that “other” is President Trump, some random white person failing some inchoate group’s test of “woke,” “systemic racism” (a phantom bogeyman sometimes made to play Emmanuel Goldstein), or that free person who refuses to wear a mask or lock down her business because it was arbitrarily declared “non-essential” by a vigilante governor falsely declaring a statewide “emergency.”

Destroying the Country in order to Save It

Why are so many MSM outlets (hell, ALL of them), vigilante governors, social media platforms, lock down cheerleaders, masked-up citizens "social justice journalists" destroying our country? Because they want to save it? The hatred they incessantly, endlessly express for President Donald Trump and his supporters virtually assures us all that we will never again live in a civilized society. Something's gotta' give.

Time to Stop the Hatred

William Butler Yeats wrote: ". . . Considering that all hatred driven hence, the soul recovers radical innocence."

It is high time this nation drives away hatred and recovers its soul.  That's not going to happen unless everyone starts to do what few journalists and few keyboard warriors seem capable of doing anymore: understanding the "other" is not your enemy, that the "other" is a human being, too, just as mortal as you, capable of feeling and bleeding just like you.

That "other" is you, in a very real sense, and any feelings you put out there, whether in print or even just in your own sentient feelings, what you feel in your heart, will come back to you ten fold. This is the law of reality. It's not a conspiracy theory. It's not even a theory. It just is.
